Join us this summer for playdates with other parents and their children. We will meet at the church and hang out on the playground and in the Kidz Korner. This will be a time for fellowship and fun for the little ones while the older siblings get in some "mother's helper" experience. Our next get together will be Wednesday, June 19th from 10am to noon. If you have any questions or need more information please contact Director Judi at jhangen@kofk.org.

Summer Book Study

The Universal Christ

How a forgotten reality can change everything we see, hope for, and believe.

Join Pastor Lynn to read through and reflect upon Father Richard Rohr's newest book, The Universal Christ. Father Rohr is a Franciscan priest of the New Mexico Province and founder of the Center for Action and Contemplation (cac.org) in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Drawing on Scripture, history, and spiritual practice, Father Rohr's newest offering articulates a transformative view of Jesus Christ as a portrait of God's constant, unfolding work in the world. Jesus' life was meant to declare that humanity has never been separate from God - except by its own negative choice. For more information or to register for the study, please speak with Pastor Lynn.

Dulles South Community Farm Church

We are developing our first missional community as we partner with JK Community Farms in Loudoun County once a month. The farm provides fresh organic fruit, vegetables, and protein to the food insecure, including children and senior citizens, in Loudoun County. We will volunteer at the farm from 9-11 am and then remain on site for lunch and faith-based conversations. To RSVP or for more information about Dulles South please contact Pastor Garrett at Garrett@KofK.org
